Antique primitive 6 board blanket box.
Each side is constructed of a single wide pine plank with original old red paint. The wood planks to construct this box must have come from a very large tree.
There are some very beautifully done wood repairs that appear to have been done long ago, blended almost perfectly except for the lack of original red paint.
This blanket box is missing it’s hinges, but otherwise it is in wonderful condition.
